  • How long is the coaching process?

    I offer various packages, with a minimum commitment of three months. While results can begin to emerge early on, sustainable and transformative change takes time.

  • How long is a session?

    Sessions typically last 45 to 60 minutes, but can range from 30 to 90 minutes depending on your needs. After our initial meeting, we’ll decide together what session length feels most supportive. I usually recommend starting with at least 45-minute sessions to allow for deeper exploration. Over time, we can adapt the duration and rhythm to fit your goals and what’s emerging in the process.

  • Do you offer single sessions?

    Yes—usually for clients who’ve already completed a coaching process with me, or for specific, time-sensitive needs.

  • Do I have to do somatic practices or other things I’m unfamiliar with?

    Not at all. This is a co-created space, grounded in permission and presence. If I offer a somatic or experiential exercise, I’ll always ask first—and you’re free to accept or decline. Many sessions are entirely conversational, guided by your needs and intentions.

  • Will I see tangible, practical results—like making or saving more money?

    Clients consistently report meaningful and practical outcomes.
