I’m Romina — a certified Executive and Organizational Coach (ICF) with over 15 years of experience working alongside leaders from Fortune 100 & 500 companies, multinational corporations, and public institutions.

I’ve served in leadership roles as a CEO, Executive Director, and Project Leader across Europe and South Asia, guiding complex international initiatives and diverse teams.

Those experiences shaped how I understand leadership — not as something we perform, but as something we embody.

Today, I work with leaders at every stage of their journey — executives, entrepreneurs, and creatives — to cultivate vision, confidence, and alignment between who they are and how they lead.

My coaching blends strategic thinking and deep transformation. It’s rooted in leadership development, communication, emotional intelligence, and purposeful decision-making. I help individuals and organizations make clear, value-driven choices that lead to tangible business results and meaningful personal growth.

I coach in English, Italian, and Spanish

I’m a lifelong learner, guided by curiosity and a love for cultural diversity. Living and working across countries has given me a perspective that’s both global and intimate — one that values listening, empathy, and nuance.
